Property and Cancellation Policies:

– Date change permitted within 15 days before arrival date
– This booking is Non-Refundable. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

– Full payment for confirm booking. all price included tax & fee.
– This price exclude breakfast for children. Child upper than 10 years is adult.
– Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
– Please present your ID card, Driving license or Passport upon check-in.
– At check-in, you must present the credit card used to make this booking and a valid photo ID with the same name.
– The total price for this booking does not include mini-bar items. The hotel will bill you directly.
– In case guests did not inform the hotel for any additional guests, the hotel reserves the right to charge THB1,000/person of addition guests charge if found. (Exclude extra bed and breakfast)
– Please pay for key deposit THB500 per room or THB1,000 per house when you check-in.
– Cooking is not allowed in a room. (Fine THB2,000.)
– No smoking in a room and no durian allowed in hotel premises will result in a THB2,000 cleaning fee.
– The hotel regrets that no pets are allowed. (Fine THB1,000 per night)
– If a person’s temperature is equal to or in excess of 37.5°C, the designated screener must follow the procedure to manage a person with symptoms and the person will not be allowed to enter the location.
– If you use entitlement of “We Travel Together’ project, the term of service will follow the government’s policy. On the check-in date, in case your entitlement have been canceled or unable to be used, you must pay all the remaining amount.
– Please show your vaccination certificate when you check-in. If you don’t have vaccination certificate, you don’t have permission to check-in.

Breakfast for children
– 1. Children with height below 90 cm. free breakfast
– 2. Children with height between 91 – 120 cm. breakfast fee 120 THB
– 3. Children with height between 121 – 150 cm. breakfast fee 150 THB
– 4. Children with height above 151 cm. breakfast fee 200 THB
– *Breakfast for children will be charged at the restaurant counter (Age: 0 – 9 years)
